Dr. Randall J. Pannell formally has served, prior to coming to the New School of Biblical Theology (NSBT), as the Chief Academic Officer, Interim President, and an Old Testament professor at North Greenville University, as well as Chief Academic Officer, Academic Dean and Old Testament professor at Regent University and its School of Divinity. Pannell is an ordained minister. He is a graduate of Baylor University, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and English Literature (’72) from Baylor University, a Master of Divinity (’75) and a Doctor of Philosophy (’79) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
