Master of Arts in Global Christian Leadership
NSBT’s MA in Global Christian Leadership (MAGL) is designed to prepare persons to be effective Christian leaders in business, government, and civil society. The degree is designed for those who are not seeking formal ministerial status in a church, but who seek to serve God in the world through their vocation.
This degree is a 100% online program that can equip you to serve wherever the Spirit is leading you. Like all programs at NSBT, the MAGL seeks to increase biblical, historical, and theological understanding in ways that are integral to personal formation and leadership in diverse global contexts. Graduating with an NSBT MAGL will provide you with practical knowledge of ministry, especially at the intersection of biblical Faith and Culture.
A faculty experienced in pastoral, practical, and theological experience will guide you in your learning. Within the context of your calling to ministry, the faculty will help you to better navigate and engage culture from within in a biblical worldview and a public theological perspective.
This program is ideal for Christian men and women called to a variety of positions of leadership for which other professional degrees are not normally required. With all of the coursework available online, the program allows you to pursue your degree without hitting a pause on your current work and/or ministry.
